How quickly do you reply?
We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. We're a small independent team and read every message personally — you won't get an auto-response and then silence.
My Studio Suite recording has no sound — what do I do?
If you're using Slides only mode with no camera, make sure to allow microphone access when the browser prompts you at the start of recording. If the prompt didn't appear, check that your browser has microphone permission for studio.gobaz.org in your browser settings (address bar → Site settings → Microphone → Allow), then refresh and try again. My Studio Suite recording looks choppy or frozen when I share a tab.
This happens when the Studio Suite tab goes into the background. Keep Studio Suite visible in a side-by-side window or on a second monitor while recording. See the Pro tip section of the Studio tutorial for step-by-step setup instructions for both one and two monitor setups.
How do I activate or transfer my Studio Suite Pro license?
In Studio Suite, click Plan: Free in the top-right corner, paste your license key from your purchase email, and press Activate. To move to a new device, click the same button and choose Remove license from this device first — that frees up the activation so you can use it elsewhere.
My Zakah or Prayer Times app isn't loading prices / prayer times correctly.
For Zakah: metal prices load from a live API — if they fail, use the Enter prices manually link on the page. For Prayer Times: make sure you've allowed location access in your browser, or try searching your city by name. If problems persist, send us a message above with your device type and browser.
I have a feature idea — do you take suggestions?
Absolutely. Select Feature request or suggestion in the Topic field above and describe what you'd like to see. We prioritise features based on what users actually ask for, so your input directly shapes the roadmap.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes — if a Gobaz product doesn't work for you, reply to your purchase receipt email within 30 days and we'll sort it out. Include your license key to speed things up.
Are my data and recordings private?
Yes. All Gobaz tools are built privacy-first. Studio Suite recordings never leave your device. The Zakah calculator runs entirely in your browser. The Prayer Times app only sends your location to the Aladhan API to fetch times — nothing else. No accounts, no tracking, no ads.
